We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to help support the growing Bluefruit Team.

About the role

As an Administration Assistant, you will be supporting both the admin and finance teams in everyday tasks. The role is busy, diverse and will enable each team member to get their jobs done.

The role involves front facing reception work, greeting clients, directing telephone communications, organising meetings, supporting the recruitment process, purchase and sales ledger work, recording and retrieving financial entries from databases.

About you

  • You will be a flexible, friendly and respectful communicator, with a passion for delighting our customers.
  • Great interpersonal skill, proactive listening skills, a curious nature with a resilient and a positive attitude.
  • Well organised, resourceful and able to keep calm when the going gets tough.
  • You will need to have current work experience with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, Outlook. It would be an advantage if you have worked with Xero and have an AAT qualification.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but more importantly an awareness that you are part of a bigger team.
  • Have the capacity to work in a confidential manner.

Salary Range: £20k – £24k
