Sales Strategy with Tom Wyness

Delegates on the Sales Strategy course will utilise a number of sales planning processes.
In the session we will:

  • Understand how Sales and Marketing interact in small businesses
  • Start to build a Sales and Marketing Plan with Financial Objectives and activities to achieve them.
  • Understand the Target customer and how to apply a sales / marketing funnel to progress them to close
  • Review the best sales approaches for your business.

The outcome of the course is to complete a sample Sales Plan.
